What a way to end the day!

It was a bit of a gloomy day today, but the sky opened up and gave us a beautiful note to end on. I grabbed my camera and drove up the street from my house to get these pictures. I shot these with my 28 mm 1.8 wide angle lens.

A cute mess

She wasn't all dolled up, her hair wasn't done, but she was a cute mess. Throw in an umbrella and I could have taken pictures of her all day. She was just happy as can be when she got that umbrella. I gave my 85 mm 1.8 some love with these photos. Man I love that lens!

Beckham: 1 Month

I got to snuggle this little love all night on Monday night while we had a girls night and then I got to take pictures of him on Tuesday. How lucky am I!!? Em, everyone just drools over him when they see him on my blog- and for good reason. He is the cutest and I just love him! Ok- this scale was a new adventure for us and he was a pretty good sport :) It says 12 pounds but the board and blanket said 2 pounds before we started. I still don't believe he is 10 pounds, but that's what it says?? What a fun day we had.
