Sunny San Francisco was good to us. It was family, food, and laughing for 3 straight days. We have some great stories for years to come. I just had to share a little peek into our vacation with this picture of my darling niece Brittny at the Golden Gate Bridge. I am trying to soak up all the warm sun from this photo as I watch the snow fall outside my window.

Beckham: 5 months
Could there be a cuter 5 month old?!! I swear I brag about this cutie like he is my own. I just can't get enough of that smile and those sweet cheeks. What a little love bug. By the time Beckham is a year old, he wont know me unless I have a big black thing (my camera) in front of my face. Oh well, I am pretty sure the camera improves my face...haha!

Twins
Taking pictures of any 2 year old is always a challenge. Taking pictures of 2 year old twins is a workout! These darling girls had very strong opinions about my camera. I tried to keep a distance because if I didn't I got a hand and a big fat "NO". It was hilarious. I asked mom if she wanted one of them together and she said..."umm, I don't think that is going to happen". It didn't. But I did get some smiles. These cutie pies were most comfortable on grandma's playground, so we got some really fun shots on there. I could have taken pictures in this beautiful back yard all day. It was gorgeous!...even though you really don't get to see it. Sorry. Thanks Michelle for a fun morning. Madi and Sadi are adorable!

13 going on 30
I was on facebook one day and my niece had a post that said, "I need new pictures". I commented and said....hmmm, I think I can help you with that :) My sister and her family were coming over for dinner so it was perfect timing. I just took her out into my backyard and did a few photos before dinner. Side note: Why the heck have I not shot back there before??? I'm dumb. Anyway, she is just so dang cute and her skin is to die for. How is that I have the skin of a 13 year old and she has flawless skin? No fair. We had so much fun during our little 20 minute shoot and then it was time for dinner. She wanted to see the pictures before they left so I loaded them while we ate and then we looked at them after. What in the world?!! Was all I could think. Ten minutes ago she was graduating kindergarten and now she is this gorgeous young woman. 13 would not be my guess if I looked at these pictures and didn't know her. Isabelle you are so darling and I had such a blast! Now put your hair in pig tails and STOP IT! Love you :)
.
I loved it both ways.

Sooo....I had this idea
When September came around the wheels started turning. Hmmm...what if? What if I gave my friends and family enough notice to shop for costumes? What if I made a fun banner? What if there were treat bags? What if pumpkins and hay were involved? Would they come?? Hmmmm...what if? Daily I was thinking of how to pull it off. I sent out an email and people were excited. Yay! Let the planning begin. Yes, I planned this in September. What can I say, I'm a Capricorn...don't hate. The hay and pumpkins were bought, the banner was made, and the treat bags were lovingly filled with sugary confections. I couldn't wait to see the results!! I am certain I had the most fun one little gal with a camera could possibly have with 20 kids in 2 hours. Yes, you read that right. It was 20 kids and 2 hours. True story.
Happy Halloween!!!

Just because I can
Yep- I have the sweetest baby girl and camera. So these are just because I can :)
It was noon, it was a cloudy day, we were dressed and ready with no where to go. I grabbed my camera and we had some fun. While we were taking pictures this little black cat started to follow us and Aubrey wanted to pet it so bad. Every time she tried it just ran away. So...most of these pictures her interest was the cat, not the camera :) I still love them!

When I look at this picture I think Cabbage Patch Doll :)
.
The kitty ran away for a few minutes and he started to "meow". This is Aubrey's "I hear the kitty" face.
.
When we were done I gave her a sucker, she was pretty excited about it.
.
Boy did she enjoy it! Man I love that girl!!
